All of our products are constructed from mild steel and they will rust. This is intentional because we think it looks nice, but don't worry they won't rust away to nothing for many years.
We do offer a painted finish on a couple of our products but if you'd like to paint your own, feel free. We recommend an external metalwork paint such as Hammerite.
SAFETY
Theres nothing particularly dangerous about anything we make (unless you do something really silly with it) however, there may be the occasional sharp pointy bit here and there so do watch your fingers!
